Summer is here :) Come out on Sat 7:30am at Glen Park in Williamsville until the end of Aug, so you can feel the sun on your face, smell grass, hear the Fall, be welcomed by ducks. Just amazing!

They say it only takes one person to make a heart move, but it takes a community to keep it moving. Last year we worked with Mayor Byron Brown to create the first Buffalove Day on 7/16 -- a day inspired by our beloved area code.

For one night we invite you to experience Love Flow Yoga in honor of Buffalove Day 2016.

Our colorful Buffalove mural will lift your spirits, while you challenge yourself to a heart opening Love Flow in front of CityHEART -- a bicycle sculpture made from twenty-five interconnected wheels.
